Sinopec Machinery Company is a national key high-tech enterprise, the largest bit manufacturer and service provider in Asia and a globally renowned one. It primarily operates in industries including cone bits, diamond bits, screw drilling tools, turbine drilling tools, well control equipment, wellhead equipment, and surface testing systems, achieving international advanced levels. The company has established long-term cooperative relationships with internationally recognized corporations such as ExxonMobil, Shell, Total, Weatherford, and Maersk.
Since 2015, DISA has continuously produced 5 portal-mounted rotary table shot blasting machines for Sinopec Machinery and received the Sinopec Major Scientific and Technological Invention Award in 2018.
Rotary table shot blasting machines are suitable for processing parts, castings, forgings, stampings, steel and non-ferrous metal components, and brittle materials of various shapes and sizes. K-type shot blasting machines can be used for surface cleaning, casting desanding, surface strengthening (micro-treatment), and pre-coating surface roughening, particularly suitable for small-batch and single-piece production.
Equipment Features:
All rotary table shot blasting machines are equipped with large loading doors for rapid material handling. Workpieces are placed on perforated rotating worktables.
The blast chamber features robust construction with wear-resistant material protection, paired with high-efficiency wear-resistant blast wheels and a continuous abrasive recovery and cleaning system.
Depending on model size, 3 high-power heavy-duty blast wheels are configured. Standard rotary tables have a working diameter of 2000 mm and can process workpieces up to 1500 mm in height.
Large machines include standard configurations: PLC, display screen, timer, automatic/manual modes, automatic blast wheel startup, and operating hour counter.
Special Configurations:
For castings with high sand content, a magnetic sand particle cleaner is employed.
Integrated design of the rotary table and machine door allows full-face loading via crane or forklift. The dual rotary table design enables simultaneous blasting inside the machine and workpiece loading/unloading or flipping outside.
