The tunnel shot blasting machine is specially designed for the shot blasting treatment of medium and large-sized parts. These parts are transported through the shot blasting tunnel by overhead conveyors. Parts can also be supported from the ground by trolleys.
The shot blasting turbines are installed on both sides of the shot blasting section of the tunnel. Their positions and orientations are designed according to the types of structures to be treated. It can be installed online with painting equipment. Depending on the height of the machine, it may be necessary to dig a pit during installation. The shot blasting device is equipped with a self-cleaning dry cartridge dust collector.
Shot Blasting Chamber:
The blasting chamber body of the shot blasting chamber is a structure welded by steel plates and steel sections. Shot blasting turbines are arranged around the shot blasting chamber. The number and layout of the shot blasting turbines are the results of computer dynamic simulation, and all the arrangement angles and positions are designed by computer. Each group of shot blasting turbines maintains a certain angle with the movement direction of the workpiece, which can ensure a comprehensive cleaning of the workpiece and avoid the ineffective projection of shot blasting projectiles as much as possible, thus maximizing the utilization rate of shot blasting projectiles and reducing the wear of the protective plates in the shot blasting chamber. The outer shell of the chamber body is sturdy and durable with good rigidity.
The inner protective plates of the chamber body are made of high Mnsteel with good impact resistance, and their service life exceeds 6,000 hours.
Front and Rear Sealed Chambers:
The outer shell of the sealed chambers is a structure welded by steel plates and steel sections, which has sufficient strength and rigidity. The front and rear sealed chambers are all equipped with safety access doors, which are convenient for entering the inner spaces to carry out work. The overall structure of the sealed chambers is reasonable, sturdy, reliable and has good rigidity. One side of the sealed chambers is connected to the shot blasting chamber, and the other side is equipped with pneumatic folding doors.
