Qingdao Disa Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2005. It mainly provides shot blasting and shot peening solutions for customers to meet their special needs and working environments, and also offers component replacement services. Disa has rich experience in providing complete manufacturing of shot blasting and shot peening equipment. Our goal is to provide customers with a wide range of innovative, competitively priced and environmentally friendly shot blasting system solutions: from planning and consultation, benefit analysis and individual engineering design to the provision of turnkey equipment. We are constantly improving the performance of parts and equipment to minimize production costs, downtime or maintenance time.
All Disa shot blasting machines are designed using the latest 3D SolidWorks modeling technology to ensure that the integration of components and the final assembly of the entire system are taken into account throughout the design process.
Computer downloads generated directly from the 3D model are sent to the CNC machines in the manufacturing workshop to ensure the correct installation of all components during the equipment manufacturing process and to provide a repeatable process for future repair parts that fit as well as the original components.

We utilize innovative technologies and fast and efficient after-sales services to guarantee the high quality of our products and services. Our designs make use of commercial components as much as possible to ensure that repair parts can be easily obtained from various sources. Using non-proprietary commercial parts is another way for us to control your operating costs.
Disa provides global support and spare parts services. Our internal production organization enables us to provide the required spare parts in real time and ensures that we offer after-sales services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our engineers are happy to assist you in solving any problems and dealing with any questions you may encounter. If we cannot diagnose or solve the problems related to customers, we will dispatch the necessary personnel to the customer site to provide shot blasting machine inspection and services.
