How does sand blasting machine work?

Sand blasting machine working principal: a fast spraying beam is formed by adopting compressed air as power to spray the abrasives (such as copper ore sand, quartz sand, iron sand, marine sand, silicon carbide sand, etc.) onto the workpiece surfaces that are needed to process, then the appearance of the workpiece surfaces is changed, so that the purpose of removing the burrs and rust on the workpieces surfaces is realized. Due to the effect of impact and cutting on the workpiece surfaces, a certain cleaness and different roughness are obtained, the mechanical property on the workpiece surface is improved, so that the fatigue resistance is increased, the adhesive force to the coating is enhanced, the durability of the paint films is prolonged and the levelling and decoration of painting are better.

The sand blasting machine is composed of a sand storage box, a working bench, a working cabinet, etc. Sand blasting operation is normally done in the closed cabinet in order to avoid dust environmental impact. The sand blasting machine is divided into suction Type, automatic flow type and pressure type according to different delivery mode of abrasives. The suction type is injected by the compressed air to give rise to negative pressure, then the abrasives are sprayed out through the nozzle. The efficiency of suction type sand blasting is low, and generally used for small-sized sand blasting machine and small-sized parts. The automatic flow type is that the abrasives are automatically flown into the nozzle and is applicable for automatic sand blasting of the fixed nozzle. The pressure type adopts direct injection nozzle and spray out the mixed abrasives and air in the mixer at a high speed. The pressure type is high in production efficiency and is suitable for sand blasting of small and large-sized parts
