Product Description

Continuous tumblast shot blasting machines (CT) treat the same parts but are situated within either an automated process or a continuous production line. The advantages of this being high performance rates, less or no human contact with parts, and a more speedy, complete process for the parts.
Continuous Tumblast Machines treat the same parts as the MB machine but are situated within either an automated process or a continuous production line. The advantages of this being high performance rates, less or no human contact with parts, and a more speedy, complete process for the parts.
Disa tumblast machines are designed for batch operations. Appropriate loading and unloading devices can be used to integrate the shot blast machine into an existing production plant to create a continuous work flow.
The loading device delivers the workpieces to the trough-shaped shot blast chamber consisting of a continuous rubber conveyor belt or a steel apron conveyor and adjustable lateral disks. Shot, burrs, flashes or scale and sand deposits are removed by the lower vibrating deck before the separator (optional on smaller machines). Belt speeds can be adapted to the tumbling behaviour of the workpieces, thereby allowing for individual dwell times during the blasting sequence.
with the belt running in the reverse direction, the workpieces are unloaded from the machine to be placed in containers or on conveyor belts. Loading / unloading is aligned with production requirements: Manual, mechanic oo automatic loading allows integration of Disa

tumblast machines in continuous production sequences.
The through-feed blast cleaning process offers a number of decisive advantages and ensures efficient and cost effective blast cleaning and descaling of castings and forgings (mixed and single product runs).
CT Through-feed machines are capable of:
Removing sand and cores from castings
Descaling castings and forgings
Cleaning clusters
Keeping the cleaning performance at a high level regardless of any fluctuations in production rate.
Advantage:
Continuous full automatic operations
Automatic controlled abrasive flow gates
Heavy duty slats conveyor, with automatic speed control
Double elevators for reduced total height
Heavy duty manufacturing standards for foundry
Noise abatement cabinet
External shot recuperation through recovery screw
Part transport through the machine in single pass
Well-defined, consistent blast cleaning of all parts, no impact damages
