The steel cylinder inner wall shot peening machine mainly comprises a pneumatic turnover front sealing chamber and a rear sealing chamber, spray guns and a spray gun guide mechanism, a spray gun carrier, a frequency control driving system, a steel pipe rotation system, a steel pipe holding system, an automatic loading and unloading system, a wind power abrasive recycling system, a sand hopper, a shot peening tank, an air separator, a dust collecting system, a compressed air system and an electric control system.

The steel cylinder inner wall sand blasting machine can realize automatic loading and unloading of the steel pipe and also can realize shot peening of the steel pipe inner wall. Firstly the turnover sealing chamber is opened and the steel pipes are automatically put on the working position by the steel pipe automatic loading mechanism; when the workpieces are in place, the steel pipe holding device can hold the workpieces tightly, turn over the sealing chamber, the workpieces begin to rotate and the spray gun carrier drags the spray guns to perform peening on the inner wall of the steel cylinder. The dust collecting system with high air volume that is designed by us can realize wind power recycling of abrasives in the steel pipe and dust collecting. The shot peening cleaning is completed, the abrasive feeding valve and shot peening valve are closed, the shot peening system drags out the cleaned steel pipes, the mobile sealing chamber moves outwards and the steel pipe automatic loading and unloading system on the trolley can automatically pull out the steel pipes. The steel pipes can automatically roll to the unloading platform and this realizes a working cycle.

The compressed air is adopted as power when the shot peening technique is used to clean the cylinder inner wall. The abrasives are accelerated to produce a certain amount of kinetic energy and blast the steel cylinder inner walls. When the steel cylinders are positioned in the spray gun chamber, the spray guns can automatically stretch into the respective steel cylinders, the spray guns move up and down in the cavities and complete all-around shot peening to the steel cylinder inner walls. The steel cylinder inner wall shot peening machine mainly has the following advantages:

1.    Clean the scales on the small cylinder inner wall and the attachments that are produced during stretching to obtain a clean metallic surface and the cleaning degree of the workpiece inner surface reaches sa2.0-2.5;

2.    Eliminate the residual compressive stress produced by cylinder burning, stretching and rolling and improve the fatigue resistance strength and stress corrosion cracking resistance capability of the steel cylinders;

3.    Improve the quality of the steel cylinder inner wall, the anticorrosion effect, permanent wear-resisting corrosion and prolong the service life of the anti-shock and vibration device.

4.    The steel cylinder inner wall shot peening machine can realize automatic working modes, such as automatic loading, conveying and arrangement, compressing and positioning, turning over 90 degree, stretching into cylinders of the spraying guns, automatic rotation of the steel cylinders, moving up and down of the spraying guns. Combined with the perfect abrasive recycling system and the advanced dust collecting system, the steel cylinder inner wall shot peening machine is the only model that can realize cleaning of small cylinder inner walls.
