Product Description

Wire mesh belt shot blasting machine is used in foundry castings and similar components.  It composes of automatic loading, unloading, offload conveyors, and PLC for part memory and control of the shotblasting system.
Very high performance shotblasting machine is able to shot blast small and medium dimension work pieces and castings.
The pieces are fed by a metallic belt conveyor. These machines can treat very fragile pieces because the parts being shot blasted do not touch one another during the shotblasting process.
Wire Mesh Belt Systems provide high-volume, cost-effective performance for deburring, cleaning, descaling, deflashing or etching. These systems are extremely versatile and built to accommodate medium-to-large die castings, heat-treated parts, automotive wheels, ferrous and non-ferrous castings, weldments and fabrications and more.
This wire mesh is made of heavy-duty reinforced blast compartment with manganese wear resistant steel.
A key advantage with a mesh belt is that the parts are exposed to the blast wheels from all sides.
The wire series of machines is a pass through wire mesh conveyor type machine for the blasting of small to medium sized work pieces.  Work pieces with overall dimensions and weight not exceeding the specifications can be blasted in continuous operation.  Work pieces are placed onto a steel wire mesh conveyor and transported through the blast cabinet where blast wheels are located above and below the conveyor to ensure that all work piece surfaces are exposed to the blast stream.  After blasting, the work pieces are dropped off of the end of the conveyor into a receiving container or onto another conveyor.  Optionally, a kickoff roller can be placed at the end of the conveyor to assist in the removal of the work pieces.

All Disa shot blast machines include an integral abrasive recovery and cleaning system.  After passing through the blast wheel, the abrasive is collected, separated from the resulting dust and other contaminants, and then stored in a hopper, ready for reuse.  Collected contaminants are stored in a separate hopper for periodic disposal.
All machines utilize replaceable highly wear resistant materials in critical locations.  All machine control systems are pre-piped and pre-wired.  All machine dust exhaust ports are pre-piped to a central collection point, ready to be connected to an external dust collector or optionally, a fully integrated dry cartridge type dust collector can be provided.
Features:
In-line operation, continuous blast cleaning
Clearly arranged manufacturing sequences
Improved manufacturing consistency
Short transport distances (no intermediate storage)
