Stone and Brick Shot blasting Machine

The stone shot blasting machine is used to roughen the surfaces of paving bricks, glazed tiles, marbles, granites, etc., enabling them to have anti-slip properties and making it safer to walk on. This machine is equipped with multiple shot blasting wheel stations, which can project shots onto the stone slabs to be processed. These shot blasting wheels are specially designed for stone finishing applications.

The stone slabs move on the special conveyor belts of the machine. There are two options for the conveyor belts, namely rubber belts and metal mesh belts. The conveyor belts transport the stone slabs into the working chamber for processing. When passing through the shot blasting stream area, the stones will receive proper shot blasting cleaning. The machine is provided with inlet and outlet vestibules. A sufficient number of rubber curtains are set up to block the escaping shots. The speed of the conveyor belt is variable. By changing the speed of the conveyor belt, the speed of the shot blasting wheels, the size of the shots, etc., the desired texture and finishing effects can be achieved. Specially designed blanks can also be used on the stones to obtain special effects on the stone surfaces. The loading and unloading system for stone slabs can also be integrated with the machine according to the customer's requirements.
The shot blasting chamber is fabricated from 6-mm-thick heavy-duty prime quality steel plates by means of the welding process. Its structure is carefully designed and has appropriate strength and rigidity. The bottom of the shot blasting chamber is equipped with 12 mm thick perforated steel plates.
The entire shot blasting chamber is lined with 10mm thick overlapping manganese steel tiles. Once these liners are worn out, only the worn-out liners need to be replaced.
