The Disa container type shot blasting room is made from containers and equipped with lighting equipment, a basic abrasive recovery system, dust removal equipment and blasting equipment. The containerized blasting room has all the basic functions of a traditional blasting room and is suitable for customers who occasionally need to conduct blasting on smaller objects, but whose blasting workload is not sufficient to justify the use of a larger blasting room. The container is transformed into two rooms, namely the blasting chamber and the service room, by installing partitions, and it can be put into use simply by connecting to compressed air and a power source.
At one end of the blasting chamber, there is a set of double doors. The width of the doors is wide enough for a standard-sized forklift to enter and exit, facilitating material handling.

The containerblast rooms are available in standard sizes, with a width of 8 feet, a height of 8 feet, and a length of 20 feet or 40 feet. And they are equipped with configurable door options, providing a reliable solution for indoor blasting throughout the year and being easy to relocate as needed. There are multiple options for the abrasive recovery system, ranging from small bucket elevators to full-floor recovery systems. These blasting rooms can be customized according to various requirements.
The blasting chamber is equipped as follows:
• Equipped with interlockable main doors.
• LED lighting equipment.
• Emergency lighting equipment.
• Exhaust and hose channels.
• Black rubber hanging panels that are easy to replace.
• There is an air inlet to ventilate the blasting chamber and ensure that the operator has a good view.
• A distribution box with an emergency stop button.
• A rail system with a crane installed on the roof.
• A fully recovered floor (suction floor or scraper floor).
• A front platform with trolleys (possibly with turntables) on the rails.
The service room is equipped as follows:
• Lockable access doors.
• Abrasive elevators.
• Abrasive air washing devices.
• Blasting tanks with control equipment.
• Breathing air filters for operators to use.
• Dust collectors.
• Electrical control equipment.
• LED lighting equipment.
• External silencers.
