Tumble shot blasting machines with steel belt produce large amounts of components that are suited for processing in tumble belt batch machines, regardless of what elements they are constructed from. It can handle tiny and fragile parts up to large and hardened components maintaining highest standard output. These tumble belt batch machines can also be equipped with a steel belt that would enable the machine to accommodate components weighing up to 150 kg.
This series of crawler shot blasting machines is automatic and economical for mass produced bulk parts, as well as the processing of large, delicate parts. Our crawler shot blasting machine (Q15GN/Q28GN) is used for removing the sand and the oxided surface of the workpieces such as the casting, forging as well as the weldment. Owing to the perfect protective measures, good shot blasting, a reasonable structure of the circulatory system, the machine can achieve satisfactory results when it was used to clean up the hard-to-clean ports. This kind of machine can also be used to clean up the workpieces which are easy to roll and fall and also be used to clean up the non-fragile parts as well as the non-core castings.
The aluminium workpieces and some nonferrous metal workpieces can also be cleaned up by this series.
The machine spectrum ranges from 280 ltr. up to 1,500 ltr. useful load capacity. The loading and unloading process is geared to the part requirement as well as the optimum adjustment of the blast capacity is geared to the required blasting result.
