What are the safety procedures for the production of shot blasting machines?

Special safety instructions for the production of shot blasting machines:

1.Before starting to repair or maintain the machine, or opening a protective door, access door, or removing any protection

Before you measure the device, follow these steps:

- Turn the main switch off to "0" and make sure the switch is not inadvertently operated.

- Hanging warning signs indicating that work is being processed.

2.On the machine and in the surrounding area, there is a danger of injury from the shots and sharp burrs and burrs, so always wear protective glasses and a safety helmet.

3.Read and observe the operating instructions for the components purchased from the manufacturer, especially regarding the parts used for work or on the machine.

4.Make sure no one is in the shot blasting machine before closing any doors. The machine is only allowed to start when there is no one in the shot blasting machine and does not pose a danger to the person when starting the machine.

5.When the button is pressed, all machines will be powered off immediately and the belt transfer will be stopped. If any of the following signs of danger occur, immediately press the emergency stop button.

- Danger to the operator's life and limbs

- Dangerous to damage to the machine

6.Safety switch on the shell of the shot blasting wheel

Activating the safety switch will stop the shot blasting drive in an emergency, causing the entire machine to shut down and the material feed to stop. The shot blasting wheel must be equipped with a suitable housing cover and feed tube to operate.

7.The walls of the blasting chamber and the material hit by the pellets become very hot. Touching can cause burns and protective gloves must always be worn. You must wait until the parts have cooled before you can start other work.

8.There is a danger of being hit by a bucket that is caught or moved when the bucket elevator is running. Therefore, all open parts of the machine are closed and properly bolted (maintenance cover, inspection cover and hoist top cover).

9.During the transport of machine parts, there is a danger that the load may fall and hurt people, so it is forbidden to move under the hanging objects. Only use resources with sufficient carrying capacity.

10.Screw conveyors are in danger of being caught in or damaged by the spiral blades. The access cover must be fixed in place while the auger is running.

11.The machine is not allowed to operate without a complete and effective safety system. Therefore, check the safety system regularly.

12.Parts shown in any of the illustrations in this manual are for safety purposes only and are for illustrative purposes only. Such illustrations in the manual are for informational purposes only and may not be consistent with valid safety standards.

13.Always wear special safety work shoes because there is a risk of slipping on the floor.

14.When burning, sanding or welding work, there should be a fire extinguisher at hand!

When starting any burning, grinding or welding work in the machine, the dust collector must always be closed and the surrounding flammable dust should be removed.

15.Dangerous fumes are generated during the welding of manganese steel materials! Special attention should be paid to the "limited space work" rules in the accident prevention regulations.

16.After adjustment, setup, maintenance and repair have been completed, it must be ensured that all components of the safety system are installed and in full working order.

17.All dust is flammable depending on the properties of the material and fine dust concentration. Therefore, it is necessary to avoid all dust accumulation and regular cleaning of the machine, the dust collector with the conduit system and the surrounding area. The concentration of dust must be measured and explosion-proof measures should be taken when appropriate.

18.The correct functioning of the equipotential bonding line must be measured and checked for all repairs and repairs on the machine.

19.The upper cylinder of the pellet feed valve and the rotating device in the rotating metal sheet pose a risk of crushing. The machine must be operated after the following components have been properly secured:

- Mounting protection on the pneumatic cylinder

- Side mounted rubber cover

- Rubber ring mounted on the repair door
