Four points that need special attention during the operation of DISA shot blasting machines

1.Do not approach the vibrating feeder, there is a risk of injury and falling.Vibrating parts on vibrating feeders pose a risk of personal injury and a certain distance from hazardous areas, especially vibrating feeders.

2.When cleaning a workpiece containing quartz sand on shot blasting chamber , the high concentration of quartz dust can damage the lungs after a long period of time. Therefore, always maintain a sufficient air flow that can be pumped. The quartz dust concentration is measured during operation. If the concentration is higher than the nationally permitted standard, take appropriate protective measures.

3.Set the main switch to ��0�� and ensure that the switch is not inadvertently operated before opening a protective door or access door or moving any protective cover.

In addition, a warning sign should be hung to indicate that shot blasting machine work is in progress.

4.Magnetic separator

Rotating magnetic rollers in magnetic separators  on shot blasting machine have the risk of getting people involved or harming the body. Do not place your hand near the rotating magnetic roller.

The magnetic roller has a strong magnetic field and is fatal to people with pacemakers. It is strictly forbidden for such people to approach the magnetic separator under any circumstances. There must be a safe distance at all times.
